Anita Leech has been appointed as Vice- Chair of LPYCA at the AGM in October 2025. Anita brings with her a wealth of experience from her time as a local councillor for the Leasowe & Moreton East ward.

Mr. Paul Townley  has been a member of the LPYCA since 1975 and has held various posts on the committee. He was brought up by his parents on Leasowe and his family still live on the estate. He has a wealth of experience within the NHS and is a retired paramedic, having gained 47 years experience with the North West Ambulance Service and NHS. Paul has worked as a volunteer throughout his time in Leasowe and maintains an active role within the organisation. He also holds other positions within the Leasowe community where he shares his expertise for the benefit of the Leasowe community.

Mr. Paul Jobson 
Paul Jobson was appointed as Councillor for the Leasowe & Moreton East Ward in the local May 2023 elections. He represents WBC and sits on the Trust Board.

Mrs Marie Scott Marie Scott has been appointed as the Community Centre Manager and will sit on the Trust Board. Marie brings a wealth of experience with her from her previous post with Wirral Development Trust. Marie can provide benefits advice on Wednesday and Friday at present. Her role will be to manage and develop the community centre ensuring we deliver the right services to the local residents.
